- Kings shouldn’t drink the stuff
- They can cause you to forget the law
- they can cause you to pervert judgment
- Alcohol use should be reserved only for those who need it
- Someone who is dying
- Someone who is bitterly ill
- Keep away from it so you can be a wise leader
